Just wanted to let you know I had a great month trading. Was able to manage a 10% return for the month using the counter trend set ups and credit spreads. Thank you again for the assistance.

Thanks for the great daily insights. I made some progress at selected sectors (financials, airlines, materials,etc) after adopting the 'bullish squeeze/bullish bounce' set-ups and made pretty decent returns in the past month: 
- HSBC : +270%
- AA : +85%
- DAL : +50%
- BAC :  +150%
- VZ : +10%

On the flipside, some of my set-ups did not turn out as expected and I struggled to 'cut losses' early instead of hoping to 'revive' them. So I continued to re-visit Module 6 again and again and finally got in new positions on FCX, GOLD, BAC & KDP but also took some profit on AA (+23%).

I've just completed Options Academy and it has been awesome. I'm new to options and haven't even begun trading yet but I know why I want to trade options and have started on my trading plan. 

I don't normally give feedback, but module 6 was massive for me. I've started journaling in the morning and it has really opened my eyes to what's important in my life. I'm going to start meditating too and begin a journey to hopefully become a better version of myself. Even if I never trade an option, this course has been well worth it.

Simon is a gifted communicator and is clearly invested in his members' success; I thoroughly enjoy listening to him articulate his views and every detail that goes with it. And if you are a beginner, you would benefit immensely with Options Academy Elevate wherein Simon provides his four basic trading pillars, each of which has a well-thought-through structure, not to mention the basics that goes into the universe of volatility trading. The hallmark of the Accelerate program, at least for me, are the past recordings of Simon's Learning Labs.. all the way from 2020.. listening to those recordings will ramp up your knowledge far quicker than any free options trading Youtube videos, and a lot of Simon's lessons from Learning Labs resonate even today. 

Both Simon and Jasmine take the time to answer queries over emails and via web tickets quite swiftly, and I am grateful for their consistency & responsiveness. 

When it comes to actual ROI from the program, the cost of OA Elevate + Accelerate + How to Hedge is just a fraction compared to what you actually gain from it... looking back, I believe it is a steal - but don't tell Simon! 😄

Now I didn't start with the $5k you recommended, but instead with $600 and my account is up to about $1,100. But most importantly, inflation isn't a looming stressor in my life.

I found Simon's Options Academy course very useful. Despite being involved in financial markets for over 25 years, I came out of it with new technical analysis tools and trading setups to add to my arsenal. 

The Accelerate service is an excellent daily review of the markets which cuts through all the confusing noise, and provides solid trading setups as well as Simon's ongoing guidance to managing and closing of those setups.

Amongst all the trading courses out there, this one stands out and I would highly recommend it to newbies and experienced traders.

I've been trading options on and off and couldn't find the consistency. Joining Options Academy gave me the much-needed clarity and perspective. As a former 10-year financial advisor (CFP® and ChFC) and FINRA manager, I appreciate your comments regarding risk and income.

While I have SO much still to learn from you, I am thoroughly enjoying the journey. As I recall from Options Academy, reasons to close out a trade include "just not moving the direction you expected."  I have seen the necessity to move swiftly to close out any trades that do not move in the direction I anticipated within a short period of time. The lesson for me is not so much "could" this option rally and perform, rather it is a question of "is this the best use of my capital" where I am confident "another bus will come along promptly" that will move in the direction expected 75% of the time.

When I look at those winning trades, I often sold them 1 week from their high, sometimes 15-20% higher than when I sold, which they often largely maintained thereafter. So, by being more fastidious and quick to discard those trades that show negative momentum early on, I will be more comfortable "patiently waiting for profits to mature" in my portfolio. I feel the lesson here is being quick to sell when trades move against me; be patient to hold as trades work for me rather than attempting to "churn" the trade and get into another potentially successful trade, which actually reduces my odds as I am then once again subject to my own 75/25 success odds. Very interesting and a great education.

My options trading portfolio, following your teaching and daily recommendations* with the addition of mid-day "harvests" has performed at an annual interest rate of 320% (three hundred and twenty percent) since I began live trading on 1/24/24.

I have been involved in financial markets for over twelve years. My main focus was in value investing, but I wanted to try something new: Trading. Therefore, I bought Simon's Options Academy course. I'm just 1 month in (first trade was on 18th November) and have done 7 trades, 6 of those closed out with a 50/50 ratio of winners & losers and a net NLV return of 9.5%.

Of course there is an enormous amount of learning still to do, but having such a generous and open mentor helps a lot!

I took a couple of earnings trades off Simon’s list, one of which was in TXN. On the 5th October I bought the delta 20, 23 Oct $152.5 calls. I then rolled them on the 8th Oct making a 72% profit and buying the new Delta 20 $157.5 calls which are today up 61.5%!

I had the pleasure of taking part in the Options Academy programme. Simon has put together a wonderful course that focuses on various aspects of technical analysis and trading, ranging from building and reading charts, identifying entry and exit points, managing risk and lastly - understanding trading psychology. This latter point was crucial for me as it taught me to be comfortable with inaction, or JOMO (Joy Of Missing Out). This course is suitable for a novice trader but also someone a bit more experienced in the field of finance and trading.
